Paper Napkins Ruffle Fold
- 1. Place the napkin in a diamond shape with the open corner points facing up. Fold the first layer of the top point down to meet the bottom point.
- 2. Take the same top layer and pleat it four times.
- 3. Pick up the second layer of the top point and pleat it in the same manner.
- 4. Rotate napkin 90 degrees and fold bottom half back and away from you.
