Napkin Folding 101

We’re having twelve people for dinner at our house tomorrow night…my husband’s side of the family.  I love to entertain, and I am always looking for special touches to make the event more unique.  One of my favorite things to do is the fold napkins into unique shapes.  And, guess what?  It works with paper and linen-like napkins, too!My favorite site for folding napkins is Robbie’s Kitchen.  The instructions are simple and the pictures are great (plus, there are a zillion cool recipes and tips for the kitchen and the rest of the house).  Our favorite is the “Ascot Tie”.  We can alter the fold just a bit and make it look like a Texas Longhorn!
