Product Exchange Policy
Customers requiring an exchange of product should request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from My Paper Shop.com for their return, and then purchase the correct item online. These are two separate transactions. RMA numbers are required so that we can properly issue credit to original form of payment. Please contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) to request an RMA# and simple instructions for your return.
- Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained in advance from My Paper Shop.Com. Returns will not be accepted by My Paper Shop.Com without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RMA# send us an email to: ([email protected]) or call 888-412-7467. Please reference your five digit My Paper Shop Order Number when contacting us regarding your order.
- No discontinued products will be accepted for return.
- Credit will not be issued for products that have been used and/or damaged. Products must be returned in resalable condition.
- No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to our warehouse. FedEx Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, and International shipping charges will not be refunded.
- All credits will be issued to the original form of payment.
- If you are receiving a credit card refund please allow up to (2) two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
