Do you charge sales tax on orders?
My Paper Shop.Com ONLY collects sales tax for orders shipped to the states of Wisconsion and California. Orders shipped outside the states of Wisconsin and California will not be charged sales tax. If you are a TAX EXEMPT organization located in Wisconsin or California please email your Tax Exempt Certificate information to: [email protected] and reference your order number and we will issue credit for the sales tax. Please Note: My Paper Shop.Com verifies details of all Tax Exempt Certificates.
Are the prices on your site Wholesale?
Yes, the prices listed on our website are already wholesale prices. We sell our products to businesses, government agencies, schools, and individuals. We also offer additional Super Saver Discounts for orders that reach certain dollar volume levels.
Do you offer product catalogs?
My Paper Shop.Com does not offer product catalogs. Please reference our website for our current products and pricing.
Do you offer product samples?
My Paper Shop.Com does not offer samples of any products that are retail packaged. The product descriptions will contain information regarding the packaging type. The following is a list of products or categories where samples are not available:
- All Plastic Products (Cups, Glasses, Plates, Table Covers, Silverware/Cutlery)
- Paper Party Products (Cups, Plates, Center Pieces, Invitations, Party Favors)
My Paper Shop.Com does offer small sample swatches of Premium Linen-Like Table Covers, Linen-Like Napkins/Guest Towels, and some Paper Placemats. Please complete the form on our Contact Us Page with your complete mailing address, telephone number, and product code of sample requested. Sample requests are not accepted by telephone.
How do I get the folds or crease marks out of Linen Like Tablecloths?
Linen Like Table Covers are folded and packed in boxes for shipment. Since Linen Like products are paper, you will have some fold or crease marks where the tablecloths are folded. Some of the creasing will dissipate about an hour after the tablecloth is laid out on the table; however, we can not guarantee that folded Linen Like Tablecloths will be crease free. My Paper Shop.Com does not recommend using steam irons to eliminate creases because Linen Like Tablecloths are paper and this could be a fire hazard. However, we introduced Linen Like Paper Table Cover Rolls in early 2007. These table cover rolls are available only for banquet tables 6 Feet (1.83 Meters) to 8 Feet (2.44 Meters) in length. Please Note: No other Linen Like Table Cover sizes are available on a roll.
