Couponing to Donating

I’m not sure how many of you are avid viewers of the TLC (The Learning Channel) television network, but they are currently airing a show called “Extreme Couponing.” The name alone makes the show intriguing considering the economic climate we are currently undergoing. During each episode, the show follows about three (3) women through their daily coupon endeavors. Mother’s Day Memory Magic

Mother’s Day is a week from Sunday and I’m clueless in regards to a gift…again. Moms are so difficult to shop and plan for. They always feel like it’s too much and prefer to scale it down a bit. Years ago, my mother took a series of cooking classes and she has this now vintage looking notebook full of hand-written recipes. Easter Bunny Cupcakes

The Easter Bunny’s arrival is on our heels…literally. There are less than two weeks before Easter-for some that translates into less than two weeks of Lent left and for others it may translate into less than two weeks before a day of egg art at the park. Regardless of what Easter celebrations you may partake in, I have a yummy carrot cupcake recipe for you that is both festive (since bunnies love carrots) and delicious. I’m not positive about the nutrition facts, but there are carrots involved and that’s sort of healthy, right?
