Stock Product Return Policy

Return of stock products will be approved under the following conditions:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is obtained prior to return from My Paper Shop.Com. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RMA# send us an e-mail to: [email protected] or call 888-412-7467. Provide the reason for your return (i.e. Event Cancelled, Wrong Color, Ordered More Than Needed, Ect.) Please reference your five digit My Paper Shop Order Number and provide product codes of items to be returned.
  2. Returns sent to My Paper Shop.Com with an RMA# are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to our warehouse. FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, International, and USPS shipping charges will not be refunded. Costs for Return Shipping charges will not reimbursed.
  3. Returns sent to My Paper Shop.Com wihtout an RMA# are subject to a 35% re-stocking charge.
  4. Please write your RMA# clearly on the outside of the box you are returning. Returns will only be accepted by My Paper Shop.Com 30 days from the date the RMA# is issued.
  5. Products must be returned in full case quantities only. Partial case returns will not be accepted.
  6. Any order that has shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and when returned will be subject to a 20% Re-Stock. Any FedEx delivery refused by the recipient will be subject to a 20% Re-Stock charge.
  7. No discontinued products can be returned or any product found in our Seasonal & Holiday Category on our site. Seasonal and Holiday items include any item in the following categories: New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter, 4th of July, Graduation, St. Patrick’s Day, Valentines, and Mardi Gras.
  8. Credit will be not issued for products that have been used and/or damaged. Products must be returned in a resalable condition retail packaging (if applicable) unopened.
  9. No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized for return.
  10. Use a return carrier that offers tracking numbers or delivery confirmations for any product that is returned My Paper Shop.Com
  11. Returns will only be accepted by My Paper Shop.Com 30 days from the date the RMA# is issued.
  12. Returns will only be credited to the original form of payment.
  13. If you are receiving a credit card refund please allow a billing cycle for your credit to appear.

Conditions of Sale

  1. My Paper Shop.Com, Inc. is not responsible for any claim for lost or non-delivered merchandise unless reported to My Paper, Inc. within twenty-one (21) days of shipment date.  All claims reported more than twenty-one days after shipment date are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
  3. All orders are subject to acceptance by My Paper Shop.Com, Inc
  4. Delivery of all orders is contingent upon strikes, accidents, and other causes beyond our control.
  5. Claims for defects in quality or quantity are waived unless written notice is received by My Paper Shop.Com, Inc. in Orange, California within 30 days of shipment.
