FREE FedEx Ground Shipping
Orders with a subtotal (before shipping and sales tax) of $50 or MORE are eligible for FREE FedEx Ground shipping within the lower 48 United States(excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited rates, as well as rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and International Addresses are available during checkout. Orders UNDER $50 are eligible for a $8.95 FedEx Ground Flat Rate if they are shipping within the lower 48 United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). ESTIMATED transit times for FedEx ground are shown on the map below. Estimated delivery days include both order processing & transit times.
FedEx Ground orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.95 shipping within the lower 48 states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

FedEx Express Shipping Order Processing Times
Orders shipping via FedEx Express (i.e. Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2-Day, & Express Saver) will ship NEXT regular day of business. My Paper Shop does not offer SAME DAY Shipping. Our Shipping Center processed orders Monday-Friday only and closed weekends (Saturday & Sunday, and holidays). Please Note: Orders shipping to Hawaii & Alaska require an extra business day for order processing.
APO/FPO Shipping Instructions
Effective December 31, 2010 MyPaperShop.com will no longer offer US Postal Service shipping options. Due to this change, we can no longer offer postal shipping services to the following destinations: APO/FPO, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We will continue to offer FedEx shipping services to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees which are levied after or before a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance (duties, taxes, brokerage fees) must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from My Paper Shop.Com, you are considered the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers who ship products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Stock Product Return Policy
Return of stock products will be approved under the following conditions:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA#) is obtained prior to return from My Paper Shop.Com. To obtain an RMA# send us an e-mail to: [email protected] or call 888-412-7467. Provide the reason for your return (i.e. Event Cancelled, Wrong Color, Ordered More Than Needed, Etc.) Please reference your five digit My Paper Shop Order Number and provide product codes of items to be returned.
- Returns sent to My Paper Shop.Com with an RMA# are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to our warehouse. FedEx Ground, Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, and International shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please write your RMA# clearly on the outside of the box you are returning.
- Products must be returned in full case quantities only. Partial case returns will not be accepted.
- Any order that has shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and when returned will be subject to a 20% Re-Stock. Any FedEx delivery refused by the recipient will be subject to a 20% Re-Stock charge.
- Discontinued products cannot be returned or any product found in our Seasonal & Holiday Category on our site. Seasonal and Holiday items include any item in the following categories: New Year's, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Easter, 4th of July, Graduation, St. Patrick's Day, Valentines, and Mardi Gras.
- Credit will be not issued for products that have been used and/or damaged. Products must be returned in a resalable condition retail packaging (if applicable) unopened.
- No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized for return.
- Please use a return carrier that offers tracking numbers or delivery confirmations for items returned.
- Returns will only be accepted by My Paper Shop.Com 30 days from the date the RMA# is issued.
- Returns credited to the original form of payment only.
- If you are receiving a credit card refund please 10 to 14 business days for credit to appear.
Order Cancellations/Change Policy
My Paper Shop has designed our order system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, products ordered, and the shipping method you have selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, please contact us to obtain an RMA Number for return. We cannot refund shipping costs if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to our warehouse for processing. Our goal is to ship orders immediately, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Conditions of Sale
- My Paper Shop.Com, Inc. is not responsible for any claim for lost or non-delivered merchandise unless reported to My Paper Shop.com, Inc. within twenty-one (21) days of shipment date. All claims reported more than twenty-one days after shipment date are the responsibility of the customer.
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by My Paper Shop.Com, Inc
- Delivery of all orders is contingent upon strikes, accidents, and other causes beyond our control.
- Claims for defects in quality or quantity are waived unless written notice is received by My Paper Shop.Com, Inc. in Orange, California within 30 days of shipment.
Product Exchange Policy
Customers requiring an exchange of product should request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from My Paper Shop.com for their return, and then purchase the correct item online. These are two separate transactions. RMA numbers are required so that we can properly issue credit to original form of payment. Please contact us via e-mail ([email protected]) to request an RMA# and simple instructions for your return.
- Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be obtained in advance from My Paper Shop.Com. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RMA# send us an email to: ([email protected]) or call 888-412-7467. Please reference your five digit My Paper Shop Order Number when contacting us regarding your order.
- Exchanged products are subject to 20% restock charge.
- No discontinued products will be accepted for return.
- Credit will not be issued for products that have been used and/or damaged. Products must be returned in resalable condition.
- No product over 30 days old from invoice date will be authorized.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product(s) to our warehouse. FedEx Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver, and International shipping charges will not be refunded.
