RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from My Paper Shop.Com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change on the site without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, My Paper Shop.Com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, My Paper Shop.Com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Sales Taxes & Duties
My Paper Shop.Com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Wisconsin and California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, or duties on orders shipped to any country outside the United States.

All products from My Paper Shop are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.
